Shipping and Returns

RETURNS

Currently, Living in Normal offers store credit only for merchandise. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the relevant item(s) within 14 days from date of purchase for store credit or merchandise only (shipping charges not applied to credit). Items purchased in the sale or clearance section and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returnable items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, etc.), in original packaging, and with original tags attached. 

If you return an item that is not in resalable condition, your return will be denied. Please allow 5-7 days from the date we receive the return in order for processing. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Living in Normal is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To be eligible for a return, please email admin@livinginnormal.com BEFORE you return the item.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SHIPPING

Living in Normal ships within the continental United States. Your order will ship in 2-3 business days, unless it is a custom order. Custom orders typically ship in 7-10 business days. Living in Normal is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
